The Ethnic Studies Department, UH Manoa, in collaboration with the Filipino Community Center, is holding a FREE service to those who are seeking naturalization. Tutors will be available every Saturday from 1:00 PM-3:00 PM at the 2nd floor Conference Room 1.

We can help with your application, questions that appear in the test and help you with any questions you may have about becoming an American Citizen.
