Isabela Governor Toured FilCom Center
August 30, 2006

Amidst her tight schedule, the Governor of Isabela Province, Maria Gracia Cielo M. Padaca, made a stopover at the FilCom Center last 30 August 2006. Prior to this visit, she was among the featured speakers in the 3rd Annual International Women's Leadership Conference hosted by Hawaii Governor Linda Lingle held last 29 August 2006.

Governor Grace Padaca was former local radio commentator (BOMBO Radyo Phils.) whose physical limitations, being a polio victim, by no means daunted her spirit from giving hope to the impoverished Isabelenos; setting a standard where most able-bodied people may not achieve.
