Filipino Fiesta and Parade

The Filipino Fiesta and Parade is held annualy in conjunction with the Filipino Community Center. For over ten years, the Filipino Community Center with strong support from various individuals and organizations have put together a day-long summer celebration showcasing the different facets of the Filipino Community and its supporters. The festivities begin with a morning parade that travels through world-reknowned Waikiki. Thousands of tourists and spectators gather along the parade route to see the variety of colors and costumes of the parade participants.

The Filipino Parade convenes across the famous Wakiki Beach at Queen Kapiolani Park and Bandstand where the fiesta is located. Hundreds of vendors and merchants showcase a variety of products and services including cultural crafts. Tasty Filipino and non-Filipino treats are also available like lumpia, fresh fruits, and the refreshing halo-halo.
